Who makes the absolute best, hard to break, hex wrenches? I'm tired of breaking my smaller ones ever few months. Hudy really the best like most people say?

Would prefer a brand with some type of tip replacement warranty if anyone offers one. I mean a real warranty...not like OFNAs where it cost you a 1.80 to ship the tip to them and 5 bucks from them to ship it back to you, to get a tip replaced underwarranty yet you can buy a tip on ebay new for 7-8 bucks.

The say Hudy is the best. I have EDS and I like them a lot. The only thing they are missing, to me, is a flat spot so they don't roll away.

I've always heard that Bondhus is the best, I've been reading that the Hudy tools have gone down in quality and not price. I have also only read good things about the EDS line of tools, where the Hudy are 50/50.

Well....after much reading and looking around I wanted to buy Hudy 8pc set.....4metric and 4 SAE pieces....However it seems that no one has the set in stock if they did I could get it from RCBoca.com for 118 bucks....I can find all the wrenchs individually but it would cost about 152 bucks. So in light of that I decided to go the EDS route. They seems to be almost as good maybe even just as good plus i can get the 8 wrenches and an Exhaust Spring tool all engraved for $107. I hope I dont regret not going for the Hudys

Seems your mind is made up but I'm going to toss in my .02 anyway. From what I have seen,I'd bet all of those aluminum handled hex tools are made in the same factory and just branded differently. As a toolmaker and dealing directly with manufacturers for many years I know how much of that goes on.

For me,I use hex wrenches EVERY DAY. I prefer the Bondus T-handles and L-wrenches over anything. I have been using the same standard sizes T-Handle set for at least 15 years and never replaced a one. I have only a VERY few times stripped the end of a smaller size on an overly tightened or rusted in bolt but they are long enough that I simply grind a small amount off the end(they're sized all the way up to the handles) and it's good to go again. I have been using them for my r/c stuff too and still prefer them to anything else I've used here too.

It's your choice how you roll, good luck with what ever you choose to buy.
