Best batteries for xl

What would be the best battery/ batteries to get for my new xl? New to all this and I don't know what means what?

Batteries

for the transmitter I am using Duracell 2650mA/hr rechargables.
For the rotostart I would not suggest anything under 3600mA.
I also suggest using a battery check for the car battery (have a look at RC hobbies on internet) under battery check. The last thing you want is a flat car battery as your car can become a projectile at 70km/hr.

in the truck i whould use hpi hump pack rechargable battary i have one for sale with charger for 25 bucks

the hump packs do the best, especialy if you upgrade to faster stronger servos and fm.
but even before that the hump pack will be your best choice, just make sure not to over charge it

Ofna 1700mah hump pack from ebay was 18 bucks. Hump pack is the best way to go unless you use lipo then you have to get a regulator and wire more stuff. Terry
