What is the best .21 engine out there? like dosn't even matter in price i would just like to know?

Depends on what kind of powerband you want the engine to have.

It also depends on your application. Are you gonna use it in your MGT? Then you would need a pullstart. I would go larger then a .21 for the mgt!

well I'm not getting anything soon because i am going to pack up for winter but i would like a nice engine with a good powerband and good torque. i don't really need anymore speed but the stock engine is lacking a little bottom end. Idea's?

If its for the MGT a good cheap engine would be the XTM 24.7. If your willing to spend more I hear the Collari .32 is a nice engine. You will want something bigger than a .21 for an MGT.

Most of the .27-.32's all have great bottom end, the picco .26 I had rocked on the bottom and had pretty good top end also. It was a nice engine. If you are only bashing and having fun, these "budget engines" are great! Racing may be another story, generally, the higher end race engines have more useable power throughout the rpm range, but cost alot more, and rebuilding one is as expensive as buying a new picco or similar engine. The WS7 II is an example or a higher end race engine, I have a CMB Raptor which I consider to be a great racer engine. If I was you I would look on the monster truck sites for a engine with good power and longevity, that seems to be user friendly. Lots of new engines coming out this winter, watch and see what people are having good luck with.
