my friends frame is bent pretty badly, so i took it off and pounded it back to shape. i got it pretty straight, but is it worth putting it back on? will it bend super easy now? it was only one plate that was bent and it was just in the front.

If he can afford it I would get a new one, it will bend easier now since its going to be weaker, and it could make it handle funny if its not completely straight.

It would be best to get a new one, but you can run it with the straitend one if you got it almost perfect for a little while. It will be prone to breakage but it would probably work for a little while.

I've got a set somewere.. let me find um.. you talking about the tvp's right??

yeah, its the tvp. i though those plates were steel until i took them off. sorry, i have no camera otherwise i would have had some pics on here. so u guys think it would be fine then to keep running it until it breaks again.

i would but a new one, you dont want your freinds car getting messed up worse. or do u? LOL

yeah he would be fine running it but just keep in mind that he needs to get a new one. so it will be fine for right now but i wuld defantly get a new one.

alright, i think i am just going to put it back together and see how long it holds up. if it breaks in the future it will be his fault for not buying the parts.
