I am looking for a cheap beater engine that still runs but really isn't good for anything. I want to try to get diesel to run in a nitro engine. I just want to attatch it to a bench and try to get it to work.
 
What size? Not sure how you want it to work. BUTI have a benchtested STS 28. I also ran in my MBX5T and ran great for less than a tank. Just don't need it.

Ok well I would preffer a small block because if I can perfect it i will run it in my maxx. I want an engine that runs good and isn't super tough to tune. it doesn't have to be nice but I would like to keep it as close to 40 bucks as possible. Also it needs mounts and whatever. Also I would like it to have a flywheel and possibly a clutchbell. Also a combination of letters means nothing to me. would you mind taking some pics?

Also it needs a descent starter. something I can start it while it is stuck to the bench.
 
65 bucks shipped for a brand new never seen fuel HPI .15 with mounts, pipe, pullstarter, flywheel/collet and nut....you won't find a better deal on a new mill that you know will not be tainted with nitro gunk giving you headaches while trying to run diesel fuel.....

not sure....I'll ask my ex R/C mechanic tomorrow..LOL...I think you can set it up like the old .15 with the rotary carb linkage.....I'm not sure if the mounting holes will work on a maxx....
 
I have a tough choice. weather i will buy an engine or an electric from bob
 
He said it should fit on the maxx mounts....I'm a little leary of his unsure sounding voice so give me the dimensions from the mounting holes on your rig and I'll see if it's the same.....I'll need both measurements to be sure from hole to hole on same side and across to the other tab......If you are interested in teh mill please send measurements ASAP as I have 2 other people asking about this mill as well, but you are first in line.....
 
2.5r i let it go for 50 bucks pm if intersted was in my revo but i dont need it anymore
 
You know what plaidfish, I got one cheap at my lhs for 50 bucks.
