i'm looking for a set a black beadlocks for my t maxx 4908 looking to go with the stock size what do you guy/girls think are the best ones?
are they heavy compared to the stock whhels?

bead locks are great and they are little heavier than stock but you can go with bigger tires that are more aggresive for off road use i have black proline bead locks with a losi tire and there is not much of performance difference besides they grip better with the aggresive tires. and if you buy them before you install them take the tire and turn it inside out and run ad couple of strips of duct tape around the tire then turn it insige right and install them this will act as a belt and stop the tire froom balloning up:)

check out for maximizers. i had some before i started to transform my tmaxx to a muggy. i had proline mashers on them for tires and they were great but they didnt do what i was looking for so i traded them for the wheels/tires i have now.
