Since nobody is watching the e-savage video i got to work early to take, so i could post up for all you ungratefuls :D, lets talk BBq sauce.

I have been making this one and love it but its better as a marinade than an actual dipping sauce. whats your secret brew?

INGREDIENTS
2 tablespoons butter
1 medium onion, finely chopped
2 garlic, minced
1/2 cup orange juice
1 cup cider vinegar
2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
2 slices lemon
1 cup real maple syrup
1/4 cup Worcestershire sauce
2 cups ketchup
1/4 cup molasses
1/4 cup brown sugar
2 tablespoons dry mustard
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes
1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
1/2 teaspoon paprika

DIRECTIONS
Melt butter in a large saucepan over medium heat. Add the onion and garlic; cook and stir until tender, about 5 minutes. Stir in the orange juice, cider vinegar, lemon juice, lemon slices, maple syrup, Worcestershire sauce, ketchup, molasses, and brown sugar. Season with dry mustard, salt, red pepper flakes, cumin and paprika. Simmer for 45 minutes to 1 hour. Remove lemon slices before using.

I watched your dang video!! (pretty cool by the way)

So..... :p: to BBQ sauce....... LOL

Actually, that does sound damn good. Now I'm hungry.

i found another one to try out so i'll let you know how it is

Ok, so here's mine:

For step one you will need one of those cheap bottles of margarita mix and a good bottle of tequila (Jose Cuervo 1800 works well).

Step Two, pour 1:1 mix of margarita mix to tequila in a blender with ice. Blend well. Pour into preferred glass, drink, and repeat until pitcher is empty.

Ahhh damnit, I forget what I did after this point...
