Battery Trouble

I have an issue with my lipo's. I just bought 2 venom 3s 5400mah 11.1v 20c batteries from my local hs. I got home last night ans 1 battery charged just fine then the 2nd battery wont charge, my charger does a battery check befor it starts to charge and thats when i get the error and it wont charge the battery. Both battery's are new and their the same. So why does one work and the other one doesn't? have you seen this problem befor. I'm thinking it had something to do with the battery like a defect from venom, and if it is will venom replace it for free since i havnt even used it because it wont charge?

if i were you, i'd bring it back to the local hobby store and ask them to try to balance charge it. id' bring the receipt and tell them all you did was bring it home and try to charge it. sounds like you bought a defective battery.

x2 with civic. Id deal with the lhs first and hopefully they will just swap it out.

Ya its pissed me off because i can't even charge the battery to even use it in my new slash!
