I've had my revo for about 2 months now, race it on weekends, bash on week days, so it's pretty much stock. I still have the opti-drive, and reverse. My problem, or question is, how many charges on the 5 cell battery do you get until it's time to replace. Here come the tootsie pop jokes :) . And if it's toaste, what do you suggest I replace it with. I ask because today while bashing with my son and his T-max, I only got two hours out of the battery. It usually lasts 3 1/2.

You should get several thousand charges 1-2K before you can start to see a large drop in runtime. Then you will only get around 80% of a fresh set.

My guess is that your not charging it to peak. Leave the stock changer on for 12 hours or more each time you go to run. If that doesn't help, your batterys may be damaged.

2 1/2 hours?? Seems good to me. Are you single or dual steering servo? That will play into runtime for sure. What kind of charger are you using? The one that comes with the REVO is a POS.
