I'm going to go bashing today with my dad !!! A while ago i was jumping my T-MAXX and i hit a tiny jump but it was enough to send my truck flying ! it then hit the ground and crashed !! the only damage was to the body !! It has multiple cracks and gashes in it !! Does any one know a good body that looks really good on a T-Maxx? ??

The hummer is a sturdy body. If you don't know make sure when you cut out the windshield only to cut out a small area cause to much will create stress cracks.good luck.

There are alot of good bodys, jeeps, trucks, cars and I've even seen a fire truck body for the Maxx. Spend some time checking out the bodys then pick the one you like.

Another thing I did to my last body I bought was after painting I added several coats of a urathane based paint to give it additional layers inside and thus a stronger body.

Another means to reduce stress fractures of the body is to make sure that all cutouts have rounded corners...so make circular cutouts vice squares and when you must make a square cutout, make the corners of the square round vice a perfect 90 degree cut...the nice and perfect right angle cuts might look pretty, but they are the first spot to go when the body takes a hard landing.
