balloon...?

I've seen a couple of tmaxxs with balloons wraping something.... wut is it wraping and wut for?

Basically they are used to waterproof your electronics (Servo/Receiver/etc...)

What people do is put the receiver or servo inside the balloon and run the wires out a bit and zip tie it closed.

so is that the only way to waterproof anything?
