I'm looking for a set of "High Quality" ***Ball End*** allens with a handle.
Craftsman makes a set for a reasonable price and wonder if anyone is using them or another set that will fit the bill.

I already have a full set of AE (SAE) and a full set of Losi (Metric) standard ends.

Again I'm looking for quality without braking the bank.

I can't tell you what quality ones to get. But I can tell you what ones NOT to get. DuraTrax. Sorry to them, but I bought 6 of their ball end hexes and I really don't think they're very true to size. On some of the larger sizes they will wedge into the head. And the smaller (.050) size just rounded right out. It's useless to me. So I'm thinking of looking into another good set, too. Does Harbor Freight have anything that might fit the bill???

There was no way to actually link to the proper page, but the price is right and both me and Imbroken have a set of metric and us sizes. They are worth the money.

Take your T Maxx with you. The salesman will get a kick out of it. Put them to the test. At least take a screw kit with you.

I picked up a set of Bondhus ball end allen wrenches. Both in SAE and metric. They seem to do the job but the one thing I don't like about them are the handles. I thought they would have been all the same size but they are not. So here I am using this dinky 1.5 driver trying to tighten one of the header screws in my .21RG.

Yea that is the problem I have with the set I posted. It works awesome and great quality...but when your using one of those little bastard hex wrenches I can't get my fat hands on that thang.

If you want the best get either Snap-on or Mac tools. The price will be on the high side but they will be the BEST you can buy!! The balls drivers are nice but are prone to snap when getting rough with them. My two cents,... later

As said above snap on. but $$$$ then again I have snap on and craftsman.

You know why I like my Craftsman better? You can take it all back to sears of you break it. and walk away with a new one asap.

Snap on you may not break or mess up but when You do. You have to wate for the snap on guy to come around.
