i picked up this baja used in a trade/buy deal. it had a brand new.26 engine and new offroad tires. picked up a bunch of parts on ebay,ss shocks, skid plates rear arms hinge pin holders and assorted other parts. also got a screw set so i could replace the hardware that wasn't to my liking.picked up an alum steering saver piece, gas cap and pull start handle,a savox steering servo with an alum horn, new body and other bits. i sanded and polished the shock tower braces and the chrome exhaust pipe, also the rollcage top and plate behind the spur gear which is also new as is the pinion heat sink. picked up a new set of street tires and wheels and a sway bar set. now for the sick part,my back is shot and every time i lift the thing i see stars...just thought some of you would enjoy the irony.....:\

They aren't light weights, that's for sure. Just remember that they're a real hoot to drive, and love to have lots of room.

I feel your pain! I'm crippled up in my back and hips and it kills me just to be bent over starting or picking up these 1/10 and 1/8 scale rigs. I've gotten to when i run them i use my tailgate to get them going and have a power chair i sit in and run them. Also use the chair to drive over and pick em up and restart em now. I'm hopefully gonna be hearing something on my disability claim this or next month and when i get it I'm gonna have to have surgery. Several surgeries at that. But i still love playing with my trucks and buggy. No matter how bad the pain.

i hope you have as good a surgeon as i had..best of luck to you with that.my doc was great, fixed what he could and i can still walk, just have to be cautious..hence not picking up the baja...
