backyard dirt oval!

I'm attempting to build a dirt oval in my backyard. its starting out as a grass track, wichovertime will hopefully die down and turn into nothing but dirt. the track is 7 feet wide (think that will be wide enough?) the width between the 2 straights is 22 feet. the length between the 2 corners is somewhere around 30 feet (i was using only a 24ft tape lol) used the lawnmower to cut the grass down as short as i can. layed down extension chord for a temporary inside wall. i was running my RC10GT2 on it yesterday, you can almost go WOT the whole time. this track is gonna be WICKED fast when its done. its realy rough tho, theres a lot of bumps. once my mom actualy buys a shovel I'm gonna go at it and try to dig some banking into it (wich at the same time would get rid of my grass problem)

Get an old mattress, burn it, strap 5 cinder blocks to it and drag it around with something. You'll have a track with berms in no time. Then you could use your new "drag" without the cinder blocks to maintain the track.

hopefully i can get a roller pretty soon....i keep snapping dogbones and my outdrives are getting eaten up. i should probably loosen the slipper clutch alittle. but the issue that I'm having at the moment, is that the track is so bumpy and your WOT so you hit a bump, get alittle air and then ALL the weight comes crashing down on the RR. i keep shearing the heads off my dogbones and the outdrives are getting beat up from the force
