Axial wraith build

After selling my 4 door trailfinder I've always wanted a wraith so I used some of the money to buy a kit

I'm gonna build it up mostly stock front the start but that want stay for long

My plan is to cut up a Toyota body and make fit the wraith which is gonna look cool


Got the kit in just a few mins ago and can't wait to dig in tonight

After night one I gave a rolling chassis the shocks are just for mock up they are to short

Tonight IMA work on drive shafts and shocks and mounting up some tires on the beadlocks I have

After day two I got everything painted black and got the inside done and started on the hood
Got the drive shafts done and stock shocks built an on

My servo should be in today at the lhs so IMA work on that and hook up the bec today

well its been a long time since i been around the rc forums but i havent been out of rcs

with the brushless motor in it i messed up the plastic wheels i had and my wraith sat for a few months
couple deals later and i had new wheels and tire

fast forward a few months and i sold my little red jeep to my friend so he could finish cuz i was tired of it
so i threw my brushed motor and stuff in the wraith

have not been doing much trailing lately kinda hot

wraith is now sporting a holmes hobbies brushless esc and motor new hitec servo and cc bec

i love this wraith I've had it for a long while now and i have to say I'm never gonna get rid of it and my next project is a 6th scale hummer and trail to pull my wraith so should be fun

got the wiring pretty neat

stock panel wraith broke both front axles
my servo broke the screws and pulled itself off the axle
bronco wraith wheel came loose and he lost the hex pin

I'd tend to agree rollinlow. Been selling off more and more rigs, but I love my Wraith. It's just such a versatile platform, you can literally make it almost anything you want it to be; crawler, hill climb rig, FOFF rig, basher, scaler, etc.

its pretty much all I'm really gonna do to it unless stuff breaks gonna focus on my 1.9 scalers for a bit
