your time-zone is set wrong in the options section of the user control panel

i have high speed but here in a little back room at my parents house. i can't get it at my house, highspeed nor wireless!!! really makes it lame. so this is my little office for my work so i spend alot of time right here lol.

ibm is looking to provide broadband over the powerlines. not sure how that works but it sure seems cool. If you have power, you can get broadband.
