Well guys the crawler thing did not work out for me so I’m selling my AX-10 based crawler. I bought this used from RADRON less than 3 months back and rehabbed it by discarding the rough cut ‘custom’ chassis and replacing it with an Edge Tuber Chassis from TCS. The Tuber is in near new/excellent condition with no marks or rock rash. I also replaced the mismatched links with all new AXIAL red links. These are brand new with little to no marks. I also added in new shock oil and placed Teflon tape on the threads to help minimize leaks. The axles are stock AX-10 that have been locked and show a good amount of rock rash and have not been touched. Drive shafts are from Traxxas. Crawler also has STRC aluminum C's installed. Electronics consist of a Hitech 645mg servo, Sidewinder micro ESC with BEC and deans connector, Traxxas TQ radio system. I did experience a minor glitch with this radio my first time using it, but it has not done it again. I chalked it up to a bad battery. The motor appears to be in good shape (some rock rash) and is an Integy 55T lathe motor. Wheels are stock AX-10 bead-locks with Proline memory foams wrapped in Proline Hammers and appear to have had weights added to the front set. I will include all the removed parts (minus the custom chassis, which was tossed out) plus whatever spares that was included in the original deal. I’ll also include a spare tuber frame that was zipped tied to the original chassis and said can used with most stock chassis set ups along with a 1000mah LIPO.
Price is negotiable at $300 shipped. (I paid $250 alone for the crawler before adding in the $100 chassis and $40 link set). Paypal is preferred but I will consider a USPS Money Order or check. The check will need to clear before shipping.
At this time I am not interested in any trades need to pay off my next RC project.
I will consider parting out the crawler into major components provided there is enough interest. Major components are defined as…radio gear, axles, tuber, tranny, links, tires and wheels. If there is enough interest I’ll post up separate prices.
