ok i was cleaning my savage x 4.6 today and i just noticed my gasget that the exhaust pipe fits over is ripped in 2 places. is this bad? and can i run my truck with this being cracked?

i mean can i run this with it being ripped
 
ok well i just checked my lhs and they have some for 3 bucks so il just go buy some
 
Yeah I was going to say not big deal but it will affect your tune. If it leaks it will give you less back pressure on the engine and in the fuel tank causing the engine to lean out. It will eventually be chasing a tune with the carb. Yes they are cheap...keep a few on hand.
