i need some new cleutch bell bearings i i want to get avid bearings. i have heard about them allot but are they as good as they say they are? and why are they so cheap if there as good as they say they are? if so let me know plz

I got a pair for my clutchbell for my revo, at first they seam kinda sluggish but once you break them in, wow their smooth. The Revolutions are fantastic so far. I've heard nothing but great things about avid.

You will not find a better bearing for the price, I've used them before and will again.

you need to blow out the excess grease before using them for CB bearings....that's why they were sluggish...you might want to wipe your CB out w/ some Denatured Alcohol to make sure no grease is left behind....

I used those all last year for diff and CB bearings and they rock....I'm finally changing my stock Xray bearings out w/ them as well (the xray set is like 80 bucks for the diffs only).....

Yep, I was aware that you had to clean it, as it spits out all the grease, and boy did I see grease

They don't make sets, all you need is to have your size and then order however many you want.

no just the clutcbell bearings, you have to RUN them for a tank, then take apart the whole assembly and clean off all the grease, on the clutch, clutchbell, car, etc. This will ensure you get a solid grasp with your clutch. Like for example, today I was running my tnt modded 2.5r and it didn't seam to have too much torque and speed but then I realized that I had just installed the avid bearings and they spit out grease at first, which caused the clutch to slide.

you can blow the rubber side w/ a air compressor and save some time not having to break it down to clean it after a tank....I think there's also a tutorial on the Avid website explaining how....
