Hello everybody. I wanted to get a different pipe for my LRP .28 Spec 3 so i came here for recommendations. I found the OFNA JP-3 was very frequently spoke of. If you are thinking of getting a pipe for any savage big block, GET THE OFNA LINE PIPES! I got my JP-3 yesterday.. and strapped it on my LRP and i could not drive without wheelying. My slipper is adjusted fine and everything, Both stock differentials are gone. Ordered alloy diffs today with 4 gear upgrades. Long story short, this pipe makes your engine scream!!!!!!
 
And also for the engine is very strong (LRP ENGINES) . I've got 3 pieces of LRP engines and they are all great.
 
Whats the best place to order that jp3 from, i been running a eb logics in line setup on my lrp 30 wit 18pinion and 47 spur< wit a 3 speed and I'm just not impressed wit it, think i will try that jp3 and any other suggestions, I mostly bash a lil and drag in the street wit mine

I got my JP-3 on ebay, slightly used but in excellent condition for $42.00 shipped. (retails for $80 before shipping). JRC is a good seller. Hopmeup is another good seller, as well as RCboyz. Not sure if those people carry the pipe, i got mine from just some guy not running a business, but those i listed seem to have just about anything you want. :) hope i have helped! JUST A QUICK NOTE: after blowing out both diffs i also noticed that even with that power.. it had richened my truck a little. I had to do a slight re-tune to compensate the new pipe. No regrets and all happiness from me after buying it.

by the way i have that engine and pipe mounted in a savage, i can't even imagine the combo in a truggy/buggy.
 
i have a savage x 4.6 with the purple ribbed and it was so loud i made hpi send me a different one for freeeeeeeeee
 
huh? i can't hear you.............lol. ought to ride behind my harley sometime. thats freakin loud!
 
lol yes I'm sure my truck would be loud to if it had 500 dollar pipes plus 800cc+ Engine.

WOW! That would be sweet!!!!!! Try extending the chassis and making it rigid! Lol
 
Oh man that conley is soooo bad! I would love to get one and stick it on a tmaxx or in the revo!! Haha hell i bet it would rip the chassis in half off the line!
