I have 3 of those plastic skate board ramps I used to use to launch my buggies. But I seem to break a lot of parts on my buggies jumping them on the asphalt.
I just finished breaking in my savage 25 (RTR) and I have been hesitant to jump it on the asphalt for obvious reasons. Although it seems like a rock solid truck, I'm not trying to break more parts right off the bat :p. Does anyone here jump their savages on the asphalt?

it depends on if you know what your doing.if you know how to control it so that you do end with all 4 wheels on the ground you should be more confident and try.it would be devastating to jump and land right on the head.

hi
jumping on tarmac is no good for the savage if you land wrong it just breaks .the savage is very strong but tarmac is harder. I'm quite lucky my mates parents have a farm with a indoor horse jumping arena which is sand perfect to practice jumping on. only problem hard to get a grip

I haven't jumped mine on asphalt but a savage can handle it easily as long as you don't unpside down, then you bend the rollbar and scratch up the body. Other than that it should be fine.

I jump on asphault all the time. Cartwheels, multiple frontal flips, and barrel rolls from not landing correctly have only scratched up my body and bent the roll bar. When I actually broke something major was from doing 6 foot high backflips and landing upside down in the dirt. Just make sure you don't have WOT when you land so your drivetrain doesn't break. Of course your results may vary, but what did you get the Savage for, bashing or racing? I got mine to bash, and replacement parts have been relatively cheap.
