Hello!

I was wondering how I could arrange for a design (need to discuss) to be painted onto a body for me.

What are the current going rates and if you like we can take this to MSN ([email protected]) or email ([email protected])

It would be nice if you follow current anime (I tend to draw inspiration from them) but what I'm really after is something like this:

Hummerpc_(187).jpg

Hummerpc_(192).jpg

I'm not sure if that level of detail is possible with Nitros considering all painting is done on the inside of the shell (For protective purposes)...

Let me know thanks :)

P.S. This would be artwork on a Kyosho MP777 shell btw. I'd have it shipped to you from eBay and ship back to me after processing :)

yeah, why is that guy painting on the outside of the shell? And also that looks like a nitro body to me... Pretty cool though, but I wouldnt run with it on.. Id probably scratch it before I even got it started..lol Theres alot of good painters in here. Just go and look at some of there work here in the auto body section and I'm sure youll find one ya want to do your painting..

In the top photo, you can see under the masking tape that it's a Hummer H2. In the bottom pic you see the name New Brite. That's the big, slow electric Kmart toy truck with a solid pre-painted body. That's why the detail work is being done on the outside.

People use the new brite bodies on 1/6th scale cars now...

Ohh, this is off bit-tech, a guy installed a computer (water cooled too) inside the hummer, he just got an artist to do the artwork on it - it isn't a serious RC vehicle at all...

I'm dying to see some of imbrokens work but everything he's posted to usually comes up with a dead image..ohh well.

Sorry bro, my brother-in-laws host went down a couple of days ago, & it had all my pics on it... Hopefully it will be back up soon...
That paint job looks a bit out of my league... I'm getting better, but still have alot to learn.. I'll see if I can get you a few links to some of the "High End" custom painters..

No prob Imbroken, I'm not really after you know, 'the best' cost that would cost an arm and a leg ...maybe a kidney....

I've seen some really nice stuff done on these forums and am after something catchy, and plain cool :)

You may want to pick up a couple rattle cans, paint, and mask and try it out. Painting is a whole lot of fun. Until you run out of things to paint...lol
