Arrma outcast 4s motor going but wheels not going

My arrma outcast 4s is making noise from the motor but the wheels aren’t spinning. I know where the pinion gear is but I don’t know how to get to it. I do not think it is the slipper clutch but it might be. I can post a video if needed.

probably a loose set screw on the pinion gear
