Today I was in my my friends attic and I found an old Tamiya Midnight pumpkin with the original body beat up and a roller with a broken body and a broken chassis. He said he'd sell them to me for $10 each. They both have motor and fubuta servos. Do you guys think I should buy them?

You buy em for $10....I'll give ya $20 for the pumpkin. Always wanted one back in the day ;-)

Tempting offer. I think I'll keep it for a while though, even though my dad told me not to get it because I already have a nitro buggy and a mini electric buggy. I just need $5 more and the pumpkin is mine. I think I'll wait on the grasshopper roller since it needs a new chassis and body and electronics.

Yesterday I got the pumpkin running and it's SOOOO much fun. Totally different from my nitro buggy. I'm hoping to get a new body for it and restore the original since it has the ford tailgate and I don't want to break it even more. The problem I ran into is that I need the 2 tiny springs that go where the axle connects to the chassis to help it sway. I found them with other parts on eBay but they want $20+ for that so I'll weight til I find somebody who will sell me or donate just those springs
