I have raced mine and its a little slow on the turns. Thinking bout putting a JR9000T servo on it to turn faster. I have just put the black shock springs on it but havent raced them yet and need to put some tires that better accomidate our track. Did have a problem with it flipping over but with my bad driving i hope the black shocks will help. Some of the other racers said it helped them.

Yes turning was definitely a problem for me as well just have to make a decision on some new servos. I think I’m going to get some 40 series bow ties allot of the drivers at my track seemed to have them or similar its very loose sandy clay and the stock tires just didn’t hold up on there...so are these black springs softer than the stock ones or firmer

I'd say replace the servo savers with some MGT savers. They are much firmer, and in conjunction with the 2 JR650's I've got, it makes for unbelievable steering. I also have a Bad A** Creations steering link with improved ackerman. http://www.killerhobbies.com/Browse_Item_Details.asp/Item_ID/356621/categ_id/92/parent_ids/0,90,18,92/Name/Bad-Ass_Creations_heavy_duty_steering_link_version_20_for_LSTLST2_-_BACLINK You can get it here.

A set of Panther Pythons on 420 rims, is a great combination. They have a little more sidewall than bowties, but have great traction.
