Any tips?

Well I'm about to start painting my first ever two colored body for my new Savage 25. I'm going to be using a Pro Line Quik Lidz Crowd Pleazer body, I don't want to deal with the details yet, just two colors. So anyways, any tips? I already know to use polycarbonate paint, making sure the masking tape is down, and to back the transparent paint with white, but anything else? I know there is a specific order for the lighter and darker paints, but I don't remember it. Anybody know? Any suggestions? I'm making my Savage purple with new parts, so purple I want to use for this body.

Sorry, Coby. I don't do purple, so I can't help you. If it was yellow, I'd be right there for you.
You'll have to wait for someone else's advise.

Well, let's say I was going to do yellow. What would you with it?

First, I would take apart the entire chassis and de-anodize and polish all the purple parts.

Ohhhh, you meant the car. I thought you were talking about the body.
