Any Body Ever Make A Jump Box Before?

OK. so I'm trying to test a motor that i have but it doesn't have a pull start, and i dont want to buy a jump box, if the motor is no good.. HAS ANY BODY EVER MADE ONE? if so, any tips would be good. if the motor is good, i will buy a jump box, so its just temporary

you could just get the starter wheel they use for planes.. not as expensive as a start box,

how does it work. i mean, its a hand held unit? do you have a pic or a link?

the ones I've seen are just a rubber wheel on an electric motor, (or drill) you spin the wheel and touch it to the flywheel just like a bump box.

What he has is exactly it. Its hand held and you just start spinning it and tap it against the flywheel and it starts. All of a 12v battery. (any car or truck battery works) Works really well but the only thing is that one alligator clip fell off.
