I have a few aluminum parts that I want to strip the anodizing from and polish.Anyone tried this, what did you use?The parts I want to strip are to complex to sand,so I need a chemical to get into all the tight places. Thanks

I had heard of this but thaught it was BS,but it is actually supose to work hu? Ill give it a shot, and let yall know later tonight!

Just follow my write up and you can't go wrong. I can vouch for the fact that it works.

I've done the method in Sky's article a year ago on a T-Maxx chassis and it works well. Be sure to get the type of EZ Off he reccomends, very important. And BE CAREFUL!!!!

yea i used to use easy off on my anodized bike parts, like tuff necks and handlebars etc.i also had a old mongoose dirt bike, that was made of chromeoly,i may hav spelled chromeoly wrong?anyway it came cherry red and i used a razorblade to strip of and it was a shiny chrome finish, the paint was like thin paper kinda, end result was sweet

did the easy off thing make sure you go by his instructions and make sure to wear gloves. easy off removes anodization and can also remove skin if left unwashed for awhile. did not do it but if it can eat through that it can eat through anything. works like a charm though
