Well just thought I would share something I learned new tonight. Installing a pull start on my revo tonight. The pull chord would not retract all the way back in. Pulled it apart upon close inspection found that there is a difference in the size of a pull start one way bearing and a pull start one way bearing. The pullstart one is somewhat shorter. I did not know this. Always learning something new just thought I would share this. I am sure some already know this bit of info.

I didnt know there is a differance between a pullstart owb and a pullstart owb,....on the ball tonight hulk:p

I don't follow....

Did you mean rotostart or something?

FYI, 6mm is the standard ID of starter OWB, but they may be 8mm wide (HF0608), 10mm wide (HF0610) or 12mm wide (HF0612)

Thanks hotrod you the man that's exactly what I meant, The OWB thickness on the EZ start is thicker than the OWB for the pull starter. Why would Traxxas make two different OWB UMMM?

There is no such part called the EZ start bearing correct term is (OWB)=ONE WAY BEARING!::p:

5211R, same bearing for ez start and pull start.
The difference you’re seeing may be the outer bearing sleeve. I’ve noticed a little difference in some of them, but the bearing remains the same.

how it was worded made no sense, i know what a bearing is and what people know and do not know does not seam to bother me no more. I have seen people do some crazy things when it comes to rc.
