Anybody running aluminum wheels on a MT? How durable are they? I have wanted a set for a while but I couldn't see spending all that money and have one bend after a few runs. Then I found a place that has free replacement for any reason, you just pay shipping so I think I'm going to get a set. Here is there link

It's between the F1, BioHazard, and the Clover. Anybody heard of or bought with them?

That chick on there page is like 12..lol.... Id go with the Bio hazards! Them are sweet. As far as I have heard there dependable, just add alot of weight and kinda a pain to keep clean. (Which rims aint? Plus I think itd be kinda fun polishing your Rc rims..lol) Anyway I just thought Id tell ya to get the hazards..lol.. Let us know which ones ya choose!

i got a set of aluminum. they are very tough. but very heavy. I'm thinking of selling them if your interested ill see what i can do. that way you can try mine and if you dont like your not out a bunch of cash.

I started having second thoughts about them. The ones I want are not recommended for bashing (Bio Hazzard) and the ones that would be strong enough will be heavy. I just bought a set of Imex Baja's and want a deep dish wheel to put them on, thats the reason I'm looking at aluminum...I can't find a set of plastic deep dish wheels that are stock size except for the Jumbo's and they are too wide.

Rpm rims have a different offset than stock wheels which give it a deeper dish, and they are extremely strong and basicaly have a life time warranty. Just a thought :)

I have looked at the RPM wheels, they have the offset but all of there wheel have some type of spoke that starts at the outer edge of the wheel, the spider is almost a deep dish but still not what I'm looking for.

What about the Rpm claws? There not the best looking wheels (Imo) but there really deep.
