Aluminum tmaxx bulkhead identification

Does anyone know who manufactured this bulkhead. They have shims on both sides of the diff. and small blue flat washers on the bulkhead brace bolts, hing pins that are notched out, and are held in with 3mm grub screws. The ones I have encountered came on new era .21 chassis twice now.

Sorry guys I might be able to answer my own question after sorting through a bunch of parts for a build I'm working on. I ran across these hing pins and I think they are the same pins as in the bulks.
