I have a project I'm screwing around with when I'm not r/cing. It requires an aluminum briefcase to get started. It's going to need to be about (about) 3"x18"x14". These are just rough dimensions.

Let me know what ya got.

Nope, I mean Home Depot. They usually are in the tool box section.

It might work for ya. Its aprox 6x14x18. All the partitions you see easily come out as does the tool bag in the lid.

If you pay the shipping, I'll get one for ya. Like Joe said, they run about $25 after tax. LMK

Sounds like the Department of Homeland Security needs to peep in on this thread.... vbgagnon, where are you????

I do expect at some point you're actually going to tell us what it is, right? No sense leaving retards in suspense...

I went to home depot and got one that NC mentioned.

I'm building a briefcase computer that I'm going to use for my work.

I want the compatability of a desktop that I can just grab and go.

The problem with a laptop is that you cannot connect desktop stuff to it to test it, thus rendering it useless for what I do.

Laptops just don't match the power of a desktop. I need the power of a desktop in (kind of) the size of a laptop.

BTW: I have a laptop.

Pics Soon!

Here's the project thread
