Hey, I got a new Wasp .26 ported and wanted to get a set of aluminum clutch shoes for the 3 shoe flywheel. I have seen where numerous people used them, but I can't seem to find a part number for them. Can someone post a link or at least who makes them?

Hot Bodies makes aluminum shoes, but the are sold in a 2 pack (for the old 2 shoe system), so you'd have to buy 2 packs, otherwise I think Hardcore makes a 3 pack, I don't know the part number for either, sorry.............

Thaks for the links Skela, I like the ones at the nova r/c link, I forwarded it to my LHS and told him to get me a set of those instead of the Hot Bodies (no need to pay for 2 packs of shoes!)

Thanks for the links!! That is exactly what I am looking for. I really like the nova set! Am I correct in thinking that the 2 shoe sets won't work with a 3 shoe flywheel because they are actually a different sized shoe? I thought they would be longer since there are two of them instead of 3 shorter ones...

Has anyone tried the 4 shoe setup? I like the way it looks on the nova site, but I wonder if it performs better? I would have to change my flywheel to do that. I planned on using the stock flywheel instead of a lighter one so that I could take advantage of the new motor's power and still have good idle.

I just got a 3 shoe set (aluminum) today, they are Ofna brand, part number 10011, also had to get the Ofna Clutch nut so the springs would seat in the groove right, part number 10098
