Tried to put a pack through her this morning at about 33 degrees, and got a couple minutes into it, getting some cool looking vid of the pre-dawn horizon, before I had a signal loss at about 30 ft and she rolled onto her back in the air and started dropping. About 5ft off the ground she caught signal and full power upside down into the ground. Split a wire on one of the motors and thrashed the canopy pretty good. New motor and canopy on order. Still got some pretty good looking vid from the POS factory camera.

No clue. It's lost signal very briefly right there before bunch a good bit higher up. Was able to save it before though. That's why I kept it lower when flying through there....... Whoops.

Man I never noticed this thread before. For as cheap as it is that camera does better than I thought it would, did you get it flying again? I have the nano qx but I want something a little bigger to fly outside and was looking at the 180 or maybe the 200.

The bigger the better when it comes to outdoor quads, I'd go with the 200 if you just want BNF simplicity. BUT, for less money you can build a 250 quad that will not only outperform the Blade 200, but will be more suited to shooting aerial video.

What appears to be tiger motors, SimonK flashed ESCs, and a CC3D board (which are awesome BTW), nothing here not to like. Thinking about pulling the trigger on one myself soon. I buy from RMRC quite a bit.

If that kit were pnp I would go for it but I just don't have the patience anymore for a kit like that, I want a bnf or pnp setup. The video/picture thing is cool but I'm probably going to mess with the camera a few times and never touch it again, I just want something that can handle a little wind for flying outside.

Yea. Got her back up and running. Haven't had much time behind the sticks though. Need more room as it gets boring flying the same thin stretch in my neighborhood. Gonnabring it to my inlaws and my parents for Easter dinner today and see about flying again.

With any aircraft the more space you have the better, it's nice not having to worry about hitting trees, cars, people. Looking forward to the videos
