Air Filter

How would I clean this air filter? Thanks!

take out the air filter elements (the foam peices) clean it with dish detergent and warm water, then use air filter oil and only put it on the inner peice. what i do is put the inne peice in a plastic ziplock bag and some air filter oil and coat the whole thing with oil then sqeeze out the ecxess oil. Make sure you clean it after every hour of run time or so.

It doesn't seem to me that you can take out the air filter from the black piece.

Isn't that a screw on the left hand side of it?(on the picture)

its a little hex screw, loosen it and the whole lft part comes off, and you can take them out,
