i try ti stay away from those as they look pretty trick but dont filter good at all. and be carefull, some of them dont even have foam filters, just paper, like the reall k&n's.. it allows fine dust to easly pass thru, and you can't oil them. if you want to upgrade your filter, try a 2 stage filter. its the regular oiled filter on the inside as well as a second filter sock on the outside

K&N = garbage. I had one on my first 8th scale buggy engine. It let in so much dirt, the intake looked like a mud pit.

And that was after one tank of fuel.

Stick with a proven filter, like Motorsaver. Your engine will thank you for it.
 
Get yourself a motor saver air filter. I live by K&N in the automotive world, and I think they look incredible and would have one if I had a shelf queen that I new would NEVER see fuel, but I run away from it as fast as I could on anything that ever got started for a micro-second
