RC Driving Style
I just bought a new O. S. egine, the air filter came with 3 round elements. Do you use 1 or all 3?

All three! I guess the three method is supossed to make it easier to clean, I have the same filter, so far a good concept, They stack together in the filter holder perfectly!
 
I know my OS 15cvx came with 3 elements. Two are to be installed. The three was a spare used when the top element got dirty.
 
My OS cvx also came with 3 filter elements. Alein is right, the third element is a spare. You should look into a motorsaver airfilter, they're the best filters around in my opinion.
