What kind of oil can i use on my 3.3? has anyone tried the K&N oil system from auto parts store

Please TRY to research the forum for answers already posted. I think this is the 3rd time posted an answer to this same question in as many days.
Yes, K&N works fine, it's just less inexpensive as other alternatives.
filter oil is available at most hobby shops, auto parts store, motorsports retailer, napa, pep boys, advance, auto-zone, a and a, or walmart around. Despite this, some still want to use a substitute in which case, good ol plain jane straight 30wt motor oil will also suffice.

Rolex, Woodie, RobMob, RC Addict and others, hats off to ya! From all of us, thank you for your patience, persistence and ongoing support and wealth of information to us all.......no matter how many times we ask it.......or don't:p:

I don't know that I could have done that with the tact and grace that you did. Kudos, my friend!

Myself, I would not use 30wt, but to each his own. I prefer a good, think, gooey air filter oil.

;) Thanks.

As far as 30wt, by no means i'm saying it's great, but it will catch dirt better dry filter or any other oils someone might have laying around and try to use in a pinch. i agree, filter oil, not even really any specific brand, is the best option. Maybe they should change the name from filter oil, cuz it's not the best lube really, and name it...filter multiplier? foam filter performance enhancer? stop with the questions and put me in the sponge juice? I don't know...lol I get on kicks like this when i'm sleepy.:p:
