AE .15 Factory Settings

I know this has been posted before because I read it but I have spent about 30 minutes so far looking for it and I can't find it so I apologize in advance.

I bought a RC10GT with the stock .15 AE from the classifieds section and it just does not want to seem to start up, I did get it started up for a few seconds but it just died out so I am trying to figure out what the factory settings are to start from scratch after messing with the settings trying to get it to work.

I just keep pulling (first and LAST pullstart ) and pulling away and it sounds like it wants to start but just does not totally turn over except for those few times. Tried new glow plug and making sure the ignitor was fully charged with no luck.

The high speed needle is 2.5 turns out from bottom. The idle should be about the same size as the end of a paper clip (easier to get in there than a credit card, lol). I dont know what the low speed setting is. I think its just flush...
