Acme is one of those cheap companies that sell the same rig relabled, like turnigy, integy, and many other "off" brands. That usually means poor quality and parts availability. Not always though. I've had nothing but the best of luck with an Acme Trooper short course truck. Cheaper rc's are being built better now than a few years ago in my opinion.
Main thing is check around and see if you can get stock replacement parts, not just a couple, but everything. Also check youtube for video reviews.

Looks like they have most of the parts available here.
The servo will prolly burn out super quick too. The rig itself not including the engine and electronics might be a good rig that you could upgrade engines on later if the stock engine sucks. But if you can't afford anything nicer, atleast it is cheap.
