Why does the site keep telling me to upgrade my account?

Actually I'm doing some changes on the forum so you might see some things out of place. It should be back to normal soon.

It's not every time I refresh, but after a few minutes and I go back to the page, between the advertisements on top and the row that has "my rcnt" there is a banner that says "support for $20 a year"
