A the cabin and need help

After switching from reverse to forward my tmaxx 2.5r has no power.

The flywheel is spinning good so I know the engine and clutch are fine. When I increase the throttle the truck moves but very little.

I have some tools with me, and would to run this truck while I'm here for the next few days.

Please help if you can, I wanna get in a few runs the weekend.

Tighten the little nut on the Spur gear and see if that helps.

check the tranny's primary gear after you check the spur clutch bolt if your still having problems.

What's the easiest way to remove the tranny?

It seems to be connected to everything.

After opening the tranny a small pin fell out, it seems to have broken off from somewhere but I can't see where.
