A rather odd problem...

I seem to have a problem that I thought I never could have...my tuned pipe will not stay on!! I have an XTM X-Terminator with everything stock still. Whenever I hit something, or run into something, head on the tuned pipe gets slide to the front of the buggy causing it to pop out of the coupler. Not good. Anyway, I've tried putting more zip ties on, tightning the nut that holds the exhaust hanger, and the little hex nut that holds the tuned pipe to the hanger. Any Suggestions??
