I have been showing my scx10 some love by breaking it completely down for a good cleaning and fresh lube and decided to give it a face lift. First thing was to permanently join the bed and cab, it has been held together with a brace that was glued with two part epoxy. Every now and then I have to repair it until now....

Drilled a couple of holes

Used a cone bit that came with the dremel to countersink the hole, added screw and nut with locktite! The holes will be filled before paint.

Once that was taken care of I decided to make a bed cover

Lots of sanding, primer, and paint still to come.

Suddenly I'm not feeling too good. I'm...:depress:......I...:gulp:....oooh.....:puke:

Rolex, just breathe in the smell of your freshly-waxed Savvy deeply and you'll be fine.

Thanks guys! Getting it dirty was a blast but the run time sucked, I miss my lipo!

I'm not saying I'm like rolex but I do hate cleaning my rigs after mudding it.

The garden hose works great! This is the rc I abuse, it's almost a year old and has been in mud and water from day one and has only been truly cleaned once....When it breaks I'll fix it, until then it gets sprayed with water and put on the shelf :D
