Good luck buddy. Sounds like a protracted quicky. It'll be ok.

Best of luck NA. The eye surgeons are exceptional now a days.

Good luck NA. I know how much that eye was bugging you during the bash. I bet you are really looking forward to the surgery.

This is slightly off-track but bear with me...

I had those Cox 049 and 020 engine-powered planes a while back when I was a kid. I found nothing better to top off the tank with than an empty bottle of Neo-Synephrin refilled with glow fuel. The dropper was perfect and fit right over the tank stem.

My dad thought it was nose drops and snorted it one night.

True story.

NA, good luck! You won't need it cuz like Strech said: today's surgeons should have achieved a degree of excellence by now, huh?

Don't think of Gene Wilder and Marty Feldman.

I'll translate your history to spread it arround the spanish forums, your bad experience will help other people if they know wich are the risk, I hope you recover full vision.

thanks everyone - and once again, David Hicks comes in with something to make me laugh my ass off.

UPDATE:

Had the surgery on Friday. All is well. It took about 15 minutes, and i was home in 45. After about 36 hours, my vision has returned to normal and eveyrthing is a okay. no longer need a contact lense in that eye either. 20/15 in the left eye uncorrected.

Chris - I now carry a large bottle of eye cleaner in my pit box.
