a good car

in 2 weeks I'm going to buy a onroad car non/nitro i will have 250.00 to spend can any one tell me what a good one would be all i have had are nitro rcs so now I'm going to get something that i can play with inside when the weather is bad any help will be good

Yokomo MR-4 TC...I've heard it's a good car, and if you can find the RTR version it should only set you back about $230 with battery and charger.

a really good car to look at is the losi xxx-5 rtr, its like 270 online but comes with the best rtr electronics and wins alot of races.

the wife jumped the money up to 350 I'm looking at elc. cars is the traxxes on road car any good or are there better ones

a guy here in my town has an electric 4tec by traxxas,he really thaught he had something,me and a couple of buds with nitro RS4's was doing some tuning,actually I was just finishing breakin on my OS 15cvr-x when he tried to show his friends how much faster his was than ours??????he had saw some very rich settings,and us doing some really slow runs,never even hitting second gear,well when that electric started showing off,i leaned her out alittle and gave her some say half throttle runs,just hitting second gear,then i leaned her alittle more,and made some passes that surprised even me,needless to say he packed up his 4-tec and went home tail between legs. to make a long story short,its a toy that belongs on the shelf of your local wal-mart store.:worship:

i agree the traxxas car sucks, i would definatly go with the xxx-s its probably the best bang for the buck and veyr good quality, sealed belt drive, i had the graphite plus version and was really pleased. Another thing is it comes with a very good radio system and esc so there isnt much to upgrade.
