Ok I just bought a OFNA ultra lx one and it is great. It has so much powr and is a great buggy. Now that i'm done with the break-in i've run into some problems.

1. When I hit the breaks it bogs and dies.

2. when I turn on the transmitter and the rx the wheels are turned slightly and the steering pitch on the transmitter is all the way to that side. How can I get my wheels straight?

3. If I run my buggy and it stalls (cause of break issue) it won't start for like 5 min. How can I get it to start?

Remove the air filter and check the carb gap. It should be about 1-2 mm or the thickness of as credit card. Then check your throttle linkage so that when you hit the brakes the carb does not move.

You need to re-center your steering servo. Remove the servo horn and center the steering trim on your transmitter. Now turn on the transmitter and receiver to re-center your servo. Point your wheels forward and then re-install your servo horn. When you turn on the transmitter and receiver the wheels might be slightly off but not as bad as they were before. After you have centered the steering as best you can, now make mechanical adjustments to the steering linkage to get the steering as centered as possible. The trim on your transmitter should be used for fine tuning the steering adjustment, not for major adjustments.

Got the servo prob fixed!

The gap is small but doesn't go further in when the breakes are applied.

Can anyone answer my third question PLEASE?

Whenever I had lengthy start-up problems, it usually was due to a flooded engine. So much residual fuel that didn't get burned off during you run might make it hard to re-start. Not knowing what your needle settings or running temps are make this one a little challenging.

My engine isn't flooded. I have a pull start and I would know if it was flooded. Any other possibilitys?

When it stalls and won't start for 5 min what temps do you see on the engine? One possibility is that the carb is vapor locked and will not start until it cools down. This is caused by overheating of the carb. I've seen this happen more frequently on aluminum carbs rather than composite carbs.

the temp is 180 not hot and the carb is plastic.
I NEED help can ppl please help

180 is way to cool, your running to rich, this would explain the ding at idle, and the hard starts. lean it out to about 240 or so and see what happens. most engines I've delt with run best at about 260, but since you just broke it in you want to work your way up to that temp.
