Mounted them up today. Had to make some spacers out of an old set of A arms. Thats Tmaxx springs, colars, and perch on the inner front. They have goos stiffness without interfering with the steering.

I've dropped the truck from 6-8 feet and it does not bottom out despite weighing 15lbs. I havent started experimenting with oils or spacers yet.

Sweet that's a nice mod.
I had this same plan with a set/sets of losi big bore alloy shocks, but I have no idea how to get past the tie-rods in the front. I know, I know, it'll be heavy but its a full FLM savage kit so weight saving techniques went out the window a long time ago.

I've done this mod. But now I only use 4 big bores in the back and 4 little ones in the front you can see it if you go to my profile page. Still nicely done. I would like to use 4 big bore aluminum one in the back but never wanted to drop the coin lol.
