Half gallon through motor which is still very tight. Still running the original glow plug but the problem now is I can't get through a tank of fuel with out the thing flaming out for some reason. It's not a heat issue as I have been running it about 220 and it's never gotten over 233. I even replaced all fuel tubing, extended the line to the carb to about 2' which by the way did not help my half tank lean issue at all. When it quits it's just a puff and stall, walk over to it, spin it and it fires right back up. Out of the box I sealed the backplate and carb so that should not be an issue. I'm hoping that I just need to run a little hotter plug or maybe just needs a ton more fuel through it. Oh! I'm running Odonell 20%. Any tips would be greatly appreciated.

Did you put a new plug in it? Replace it with the Axial med. cool plug and lean the LSN if you have not. Sounds like a bad plug, it's time to toss it anyways. Breakin is rough on plugs and makes them brittle.
Always replace your glow plug when you run in to tuning issues. 9 times out of 10 the plug has went bad.
Other possibilities, a broken clutch spring or bad clutch bearing. It may just be time to lean it out some more BUT change the plug first.
You could have leanned the HSN too much and have the LSN set too rich causing the lower temperatures.
Put a new plug in, Richen the HSN 1/4 turn, Lean the lsn in small 1/8th increments until the truck accelerates good, then lower your idle speed.

Thanks! Changed to a medium plug today and went with very short fuel and pressure line seemed to help the HTL issue more so than the longer fuel lines but it is still there. Did a retune and ran about 6 tanks through it and it's getting alot better, finally loosening up.
