bought new d cell non rechargeable igniter from h.t.new glow plugs [hot] new o'donnell 20%, fuel resealed motor, brand new carb, can't get 2.5 to start i'm getting pisted can anybody help me ?:angry:
 
i can almost guarantee its the igniter. my experience with those "put a D battery in it" chargers isnt good. i have never had one heat a plug up for anything.:whhooo:

+1 on that! I had to buy a separate one for my truck, because it came with one of those, and it wouldn't light! they are total crap wads IMO.
 
I love my d cell glow igniter...

Just double check with the plug out to make sure its lighting the plug up....

They seem to eat d cells rather quick, only thing I hate about mine...
